Thanks to Alive Shoes, an Italian company founded by Luca Botticelli, I am proud to announce the first design for Miglani * Made In Italy, and specifically the ‘Retro Basket Design’ that is depicted in the gallery below. AliveShoes gives talented and creative people all over the world the professional resources to design their own custom shoes and launch a shoe line from scratch. Alive takes care of all production and logistics from Le Marche, Italy, the most exclusive and prestigious shoemaking district in the world.

The Design:
Dubbed the ‘Retro Basket Design’, this hi-top sneaker puts the key elements of hiking boots on a futuristic design. The lace-up front features silver-metallic hooks, reinforced eyelets, and a maxi padded tongue branded with a logo. The oversized sole is made from light rubber, while the upper is crafted from soft Italian leather with richly embossed detailing. A back pull tab ensures easy fitting.
