064 - 120th DJ Mix Milestone

Description:
120 โ€” Chicago Things is a hard techno statement rooted in the city that built the foundation. Inspired by the opening track from Gene Farris, this mix sets the tone early and never lets up, driving forward with raw percussion, industrial textures, and relentless low-end pressure. Built for late nights and peak-time floors, it blends Chicagoโ€™s legacy with a modern, harder edge. There is no filler here, just momentum, tension, and release, engineered to lock in and keep moving. This is warehouse energy, skyline attitude, and system-driven sound, delivered with precision. Chicago made the blueprint. This is a heavier interpretation of it.

Currently, 120 - Chicago Things is 2nd in the Hard Techno Charts Globally

Over the last two days, this mix has retained the 2nd ranking globally in the #HardTechno charts on Mixcloud, as well as between 11th and 15th for the #Techno charts and between 11th and 16th for the #TechHouse ones globally. Thank you to all who have been listening, especially the friends and fam of mine that donโ€™t have to be asked. I sincerely appreciate you, and the world would be a better place if more people were like you all.

Reaching 120 on Tha WerRD Sessions means more to me than I can fully put into words. I still remember putting together one of these mixes on a slow computer in Faridabad, India, sitting at my cousinโ€™s place with no controller, just instinct, patience, and a deep pull toward the sound. There was no roadmap then, just belief. To carry that same energy forward into this moment, now sharing sets that are charting globally and connecting with people across the world, is something I donโ€™t take lightly. This milestone is a reflection of consistency, evolution, and everyone who has listened, supported, and stayed tapped in along the way. We keep building. Always.
