THE JOURNEY TO 124

โAngelic 111 Thank Youโ (GPT5.5 Render)
There comes a point in life where you stop asking how you made it and simply become grateful that you did.
When I look back over my journey, I see moments that could have ended very differently. There were financial battles, broken relationships, disappointments, long nights, and seasons where I honestly didn't know what tomorrow would bring. Yet somehow another door opened. Another opportunity appeared. Another day arrived. Looking back, gratitude has become much easier than trying to explain every step.
For many people, angels are simply decorations or figures on greeting cards. The Bible paints a very different picture. Angels are portrayed as God's messengers, servants, and ministers who carry out His purposes. Throughout Scripture they announce important events, strengthen people in difficult moments, provide protection, and worship God. They never ask for worship themselves. Instead, they continually direct attention back to God.
One of the most well-known passages about God's care says:
"For he will command his angels concerning you to guard you in all your ways." (Psalm 91:11)
Another reminds us that angels are "ministering spirits sent out to serve for the sake of those who are to inherit salvation." (Hebrews 1:14)
Those verses have always stayed with me. They remind me that there is more happening than what our eyes can see.
Among the angels mentioned in Scripture, one has always stood out to me: Michael. The Bible describes Michael as an archangel and a defender in spiritual conflict. In the Book of Daniel he is called the great prince who watches over God's people. In the Book of Jude he is shown acting with humility while contending with the devil, and in Revelation he leads the heavenly host against the dragon. His role isn't about drawing attention to himself. It's about faithfully carrying out God's mission.
As I've shared before, there have been moments in my own life where I've felt deeply protected, guided, or strengthened during seasons of intense hardship. I recognize that people understand these experiences in different ways. For me, they've reinforced a sense of gratitude for God's care and the hope that He provides through every season.
That's why this post isn't really about angels.
It's about gratitude.
Thank you to God for never leaving me.
Thank you to Jesus Christ for making hope possible.
Thank you for every unseen act of mercy, every answered prayer, every closed door that protected me, and every open door that moved me forward.
Whether we recognize it or not, I believe life is filled with moments where grace arrives before we even know we need it.
As I reach Post 111 on this journey to 124, I simply want to say thank you.
Not because the road has been easy.
But because I never had to walk it completely alone.
