Texas, Infrastructure, and the Next Phase

Settling in Texas had many twists and turns; however, we are grateful for what this state has offered us and the welcome we received from the very first Bowties and Sport Coats event with Jon B and Karyn White (She is a favorite of the MandN Show) to the Houston Texans tailgate with DJ Malone Pro.

Texas does not hand out opportunities. It tests you first. Heat, scale, velocity. Then it asks what you are made of.

What we are setting up in Texas is not a side project; it is infrastructure:

• Clean It Up, LLC.: CIU, LLC is being established as an orbital risk intelligence company focused on classification before catastrophe. The mission is simple in its wording but complex in its execution: ingest space object data, apply machine learning–driven risk scoring, and transform unmanaged orbital debris into a quantifiable economic and security problem that institutions can price, insure, regulate, and mitigate. Think of it as building the Bloomberg Terminal for orbital congestion; not just tracking objects, but ranking risk exposure and informing capital allocation, compliance, and national security strategy. The core philosophy is that prevention, powered by reinforcement learning and structured data pipelines, is exponentially cheaper than reaction.

• Aethr Health Intelligence, LLC.: AHI, LLC is being structured as a biometric and behavioral signal intelligence platform and wearable focused on proactive health optimization. Rather than waiting for pathology, Aethr is designed to interpret wearable data, lifestyle inputs, and environmental signals into actionable intelligence that enhances resilience, cognitive clarity, and long-term vitality. The emphasis is not on reactive medicine but on predictive insight, using AI models to detect subtle patterns before they manifest as a crisis. In a world drowning in health data yet starving for meaning, Aethr aims to translate noise into guidance.

Both ventures share the same thesis: risk that is classified early can be managed intelligently. Whether it is orbital debris moving at 17,000 miles per hour or human stress accumulating silently over months, the principle is identical. Signals exist. Most institutions simply do not structure them properly.

Texas is an interesting laboratory for this phase. Aerospace presence, medical innovation corridors, entrepreneurial density, and a regulatory environment that still rewards builders. Scale matters here. So does grit.

The throughline is not geography. It is systems thinking. You are building systems that convert uncertainty into structured intelligence. That is a long game. The kind worth playing.
