066 - Prm Mnstr ND
For this post, I ask you to play the video embedded below.
I am an MC. Are you one too? As a polymath, I DJ too!
I lead too, but not for fools; yet for enlightened ones with divine views.
Line up in pews, sermon in full view, I might channel you the news.
Happy Easter, 2026, and since it is a Sunday, โSundays are for the Temple of Hip Hop,โ and for me, that means BDP and KRS-One, aka Tha TEACHA. I remember when I started โTha Werdโ, well before meeting Otis Gibson of Gertrude Inc. and sharing my idea with him, we were inspired to use โThaโ because of Chris, and as you read this post, please bump โIMAMCRU12โ, while you read this, as I had it bumpingโ while I wrote this.
There are moments when a thought stops feeling optional.
It keeps showing up. In stillness. In reflection. In clarity.
Lately, that direction has been consistent.
That path leads toward public leadership.
And more specifically, toward India.
Manish Miglani: Future Leader (GPT5)
The Spark
Part of this reflection was catalyzed by watching Balen Shah, a rapper who stepped into leadership and redefined expectations in Nepal.
It was not the novelty that stood out.
It was the signal.
That leadership is no longer confined to traditional molds. That individuals shaped by culture, systems, and real-world experience can step forward in meaningful ways.
That observation did not create the idea.
It clarified it.
India, Not as Origin, But as Responsibility
I was born in India.
And while much of my journey has unfolded across disciplines, geographies, and industries, there has always been an underlying recognition:
My perspective is not yet understood at home, and that is something to earn, not expect.
Not yet.
And that is not something to be frustrated by. It is something to be prepared for.
Because if leadership is ever to be considered, it must be built on understanding, not assumption.
From Crawling to Rhyming to Leading
This phrase has stayed with me:
From Crawling to Rhyming to Leading
It is not branding.
It is a progression.
Crawling: learning how to navigate the world
Rhyming: developing voice, identity, and cultural connection
Leading: taking responsibility for outcomes beyond yourself
Each phase informs the next.
Nothing is wasted.
Music taught me how people move, feel, and respond.
Engineering taught me how systems behave, fail, and scale.
Life taught me the cost of getting things wrong.
Leadership, if it ever comes, must integrate all three.
โHe Canโt Be Seriousโ? <overheard recently>
This Is Not a Declaration
This is not a campaign.
This is not a political announcement.
This is not even a plan.
This is an acknowledgment of direction.
Because when something continues to surface in moments of clarity, ignoring it is not discipline.
It is avoidance.
Preparation Over Performance
If this path is real, then it must be approached with discipline.
Not visibility.
Not theatrics.
Not premature positioning.
Preparation.
That preparation is already structured.
A three-year framework designed to build readiness, not attention:
Year One: Study, systems mastery, governance understanding
Year Two: Thoughtful public contribution through writing and substance
Year Three: Coalition, stress-testing, and a clear decision
This is not theoretical. It is documented and treated as a living framework.
Guardrails Matter
Equally important is what this will not become.
Not personality-driven
Not spectacle-based
Not misinformation-fueled
Not opportunistic
The constraints are clear:
Competence before authority
Transparency over theatrics
Long-term national capacity over short-term attention
These are not slogans. They are non-negotiables.
Why Even Consider This?
Because the nature of leadership is changing.
The next generation of governance will require:
Understanding of artificial intelligence and data systems
Ability to operate across complex, interconnected systems
Cultural awareness and human sensitivity
Ethical clarity in high-stakes environments
Leaders who only understand politics will struggle.
Leaders who only understand systems will fail.
The intersection is where the future will be decided.
The Name, Eventually
There is something symbolic in how I think about this path:
Manish Miglani (But only as โDr.โ and after completing the next phase in 3 years)
Not as a title to be elevated.
But as a name to be tested.
If this direction is real, it must be earned through:
Study
Execution
Discipline
Time
Nothing else qualifies.
Final Thought
I am not claiming anything.
I am recognizing a pattern.
And for now, that is enough.
No announcements.
No noise.
No rush.
Just preparation.
If this path is real, it will remain.
And I will be ready for it.
And if it is not, the process will still have built something valuable.
Either way, nothing is lost.
A special thanks to Purpose Multi, who created this joint that I posted above, after hanging with DJ Malone and me in Humble, TX. Real recognize real, fam!
