021 - Meditation, Milestones, and Heart Health
Iโve been on a two-week streak with Insight Timer, and it feels like a subtle but powerful shift. This isnโt about chasing a streak just for the badge; itโs about weaving meditation into the daily rhythm of life. Each session becomes like layering a track: slow build, steady groove, and then a surprising drop into stillness.

017 - Our Journey Through the Space Debris Frontier
Earthโs orbit is more crowded than ever. From spent rocket stages to tiny shards of past collisions, the orbital commons above us is littered with debris. Each piece, no matter how small, poses a risk to satellites, astronauts, and the future of space exploration. For the past year, Iโve been exploring how technology, incentives, and collaboration can address this challenge, and what follows is a snapshot of that journey.
016 - Disappearing Online, Reappearing in Reality
In the age of algorithms, being visible is the default. Every scroll, every click, every โlikeโ is a breadcrumb feeding the machine. But what happens when you flip the switch and vanish? So, if youโre here, consider this: What parts of your digital life deserve pruning? What would your signal look like if you cut away the static?

012 - Fashion Industry Essentials - The Metrics
As many of you know, I enjoy taking courses to gain the experience or wisdom I need in any area. Luckily, I had won a scholarship to attend Fashion Industry Essentials via Parsons New School, which you may remember from the last post. As we complete modules in the curriculum, we often have real-world exercises and more that show us tools and more online. Currently, I am in a module part called โYour Media Brandโ that stresses the importance of knowing who your audience is.
011 - Fashion Industry Essentials - Fashion Sizes
"As anyone who has tried on clothing in a store knows, size is a relative thing." As a Fashion Industry Essentials student at Parson's New School via Yellowbrick, we were asked to head to a large retailer that carries several brands. We were then asked to try on many garments - making note of the sizes that fit us the best. After this, we were asked to choose an item that fit us the best and try on every identical item in that size, making a note of the difference between the garments. It is important to note that clothing is made with a 1/2" tolerance.
